📦 Shipping/Damage Policy

To ensure a smooth resolution in case of transit damage, we request all customers to strictly follow the guidelines below while unboxing their parcel:

 

🔒 Important Handling Instructions

Do not mishandle the parcel or tear the tape by force. Use scissors, a blade, or a cutter to open it carefully.

 

Always place the parcel on a flat surface before opening. Do not unbox while holding it in your hands.

 

🎥 Unboxing Video is Mandatory

A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is required to process any replacement or refund due to damage. The video must start from the very beginning, showing the parcel exactly as it was delivered (including outer packaging), and continue until the item is fully unboxed.

 

The video should clearly show all sides of the box and the product, and must visibly capture the damaged area (if any).

 

Ensure the video is taken close-up and steady.

 

Avoid distant or unclear footage. The entire parcel must be visible in the frame at all times.

⏰ Time Frame for Claims

Damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with the proper unboxing video.

🚫 No Exceptions Without Video

In the absence of a proper unboxing video, no damage claim will be accepted — regardless of the reason.

Common reasons we cannot accept:

"I was in a hurry and forgot to record."

"I was alone and had no one to hold the camera."

"I’ve ordered before and never had issues, so didn’t record this time."

"I trust you wouldn’t send a damaged item, so I didn’t make a video."

"I received a call while recording the video."

Please note: None of the above reasons—or any others—will be accepted without a proper video.

 

⚠ Why This Matters

Despite our best packaging efforts, these are fragile items, and transit damage can occasionally occur. Your cooperation in following this policy is essential for us to help you swiftly and fairly.
