At Aviantix, we value your trust and strive to deliver every model in perfect condition. However, due to the delicate and collectible nature of our products, we follow a strict and transparent refund policy as outlined below:

🔁 Eligibility for Refund (via Store Credit Only)

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, and

A proper unboxing video is provided as per our Damage Policy, shared within 48 hours of delivery.

🛍 Store Credit Policy

If your damage claim is approved, we will issue a store credit for the eligible amount.

This credit can be used on your next purchase at Aviantix.

Store credit will be issued within 3–5 working days after the claim is verified.

❌ Non-Refundable Scenarios

We will not issue refunds or store credit under the following circumstances:

No or improper unboxing video (as detailed in our Damage Policy)

Claims made after the 48-hour window

Change of mind after ordering

Delivery delays caused by courier, customs, or transit

📦 Returns Not Accepted

Due to the fragile and limited-edition nature of our items, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
