At Aviantix, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of every model we ship. Since our products are collectible diecast models, we handle returns and refunds carefully to protect both our customers and the integrity of our catalog.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item shipped).

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, with unboxing photos/video as proof of damage.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and protective casing intact.​

Non-Returnable Items

• Limited edition or pre-ordered models, once dispatched, cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery are not eligible.​

Refund Process

• Once your claim is verified, we will offer a replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund.

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
